• We are not responsible for email or contact number that provided by the customer are wrong.
• By making a reservation with operator, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and policy that can be differed from each operator.

3. Bayonbooking.com responsibilities do not cover:

• Wrong bus or train schedules provided by bus operator
• The bus or train not departing and reaching on time
• The bus or train employees impolite
• The bus or train seats, WiFi, toilet, air conditioning etc. are not meet customer expectation
• The bus or train operator cancellation or reschedule the trip
• The baggage of the customer getting lost, stolen or damaged
• The bus or train operator changing a customer’s seat at the last minute or changing the type of bus
• The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point)
• The bus or train operator changing the boarding point or using a pick up vehicle to take customer to the bus departure point
• The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative time. However the bus or train operator reserve rights to alter the bus schedules.

4. Cancellation Policy

All tickets reserved via bayonbooking.com can be cancelled based on the operator’s cancellation policy and we request you to read detailed policy before booking the tickets.
